Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

The Code of Conduct aims to promote a culture of respect, integrity, responsibility, and excellence. It provides clear expectations to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment for learning and growth.

2. General Expectations

  • All students and staff shall uphold the school’s values in word and action.

3. Student Conduct

  • Show respect to teachers, staff, peers, and school property.

  • Follow classroom rules and instructions of school authorities.

  • Wear the complete and clean school uniform daily.

  • Avoid bullying, teasing, or any form of misconduct.

  • Refrain from using mobile phones or electronic gadgets in school without permission.

  • Maintain silence in corridors and behave responsibly in school transport and public areas.

  • Participate actively and sincerely in all academic and co-curricular activities.

4. Staff Conduct

  • Act as role models of professionalism, integrity, and care.

  • Be fair, patient, and encouraging with students.

  • Maintain confidentiality and avoid any favoritism.

  • Report concerns regarding student welfare or safety immediately.

  • Collaborate respectfully with colleagues and parents.

5. Academic Integrity

  • Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonesty in any form are strictly prohibited.

  • Students must complete assignments and exams with sincerity.

  • Staff must evaluate work fairly and provide constructive feedback.

6. Use of School Property

  • All school property must be handled with care.

  • Vandalism or damage to property will lead to disciplinary action.

  • Cleanliness of classrooms, labs, library, and playground must be maintained.

7. Discipline and Consequences

  • Violation of this Code may lead to warnings, parent meetings, suspension, or other disciplinary measures.

  • Restorative actions will be encouraged to help students understand and correct their behavior.

8. Parent Conduct and Involvement

  • Respect school policies and communication protocols.

  • Support your child’s learning and attend school events and meetings.

  • Avoid confrontation with staff or students; concerns must be addressed through proper channels.

9. Review and Amendments

This Code will be reviewed annually to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the school and its community.
